Equity First Class Chambers's California Team Announces Its First Win

Equity First Class Chambers California is pleased to announce their first win!

The Equity First Class Chambers team received a Take Nothing (i.e. zero award) in a Findings and Order from a Workers’ Compensation Judge at the Santa Ana Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. The parties had initially negotiated a favorable defense settlement in light of issues surrounding the applicant’s case. When the applicant failed sign the settlement documents, the ASA team strategically set the matter for an AOE/COE Trial so as to minimize the opportunity for applicant’s attorney to build their case. After aggressively arguing that the applicant and his attorney failed to provide any meaningful medical evidence to support their case as the burden is always on the applicant, ASA prevailed at the AOE/COE Trial with the Order that the applicant take nothing issuing.
